We said goodbye to Jodie last week after 88 great years. At least 30 people alive trace back to him and Grandmother, and it was both wonderful and difficult to think back on all of the great times he gave us during our many visits there. Jim, Allen, Dale and I took the kids along with David to the old fishing hole on Elkhorn Creek on the farm.
Proving that he is my son, H was the first to fall in.
The circle of life element was certainly lost on the kids, but we all had fun watching the kids and reliving it through their eyes.
